安徽金寨县天门茶厂正是坐落于金寨县大别山深处的张冲乡,主要集中收集制作海拔600-1500米的高寒山区绿茶,目前有机茶园面积约3000亩.这里山高林密,云雾弥漫,空气湿度大,年降雨量充足,具备了良好的产茶自然环境。更为奇特的是,有很多蝙蝠洞在周围,整年有成千上万的蝙蝠云集在这里,排撒的粪便富含磷质,利于茶树生长,因此,它不但具备一般茶区气候温润,土壤松软等自然条件,而且还有山高谷深云如海、溪间边不湿度大、岩翘坡陡日照短、林不葱茏水土好等特点。加之茶区果竹花木相间,多种植物共生,漫射光充足,形成里茶叶的独特品质。
 
 这里优质茶制茶和采摘的过程主要集中在每年清明后一到二周,由于气候寒冷湿润,每年只有一季春茶. 制茶工艺中大部分仍然保留传统的手工制茶工艺.,其中包括极其稀少的木炭烘干环节,让绿茶在保存深山茶叶良好内质的前提下,更带着山里炭火烘烤后独特的茶香.
 
金寨山区前期交通比较闭塞,包括现在很多深山地区交通状况也仍然没有得到很好的改善,优质茶叶一直没能得到很好的传播推广,目前我们已安排相关传统外贸和国内外跨境电子商务专业人才统一安排茶园的产地备案,包括全球化的市场定位,评估,推广. 我们也衷心的期待金寨高山山区的绿茶能在国内外市场上得到更多专业人士和爱茶人士的指导,认可和喜爱,从而更好的利用这片神奇的自然资源造福人类! 
 目前提供的茶叶品种有:金寨黄芽,金寨毛峰,金寨毛尖,兰花和炒青.
茶区的茶叶均做过120项欧洲农残检测和国内市场销售标准检测,均符合中国国内消费和世界各国对产品品质的指标.

金寨黄芽一等: 一针或者一针一叶, 主要采摘时间在每年清明或者靠后一周,很多地区茶叶都是在清明节前采摘,但是真正的优质茶叶由于生长在气候相对寒冷的地方,采摘时间一般都在中国的清明节后一周,当然茶叶的内质和喝起来的口感肯定也会更好.
 金寨黄芽二等:一针或者一针一叶, 在一级黄芽采摘后的3-4天 .
 金寨毛峰一级:一针一叶到一针两叶,明后11天到15天 ,二级黄芽采摘后4-5天   通常没有高温的前提下 
 金寨毛尖一级:一针两叶   采摘于明后15-20天 

Jinzhai County locates in Anhui, China. It is not only a demonstration county for the production of high-quality teas in China, the people here are also known for their longevity. Starting from 2001, Jinzhai has been following the policy of Ministry of Agriculture to build the demonstration base for the production of pollution-free teas, and now it has become China’s first county to complete the construction of such demonstration base. In 1996, the good ecological environment allowed Jinzhai to be recognized by the State Environmental Protection Administration as China’s first pilot county for ecological demonstration area.
 
Surrounded by the ridges of Dabie Mountain, Zhangchong Village is where Jinzhai Tianmen Tea Factory locates, and our 3,000 mu of organic tea garden are mainly designed for the collection and production of green tea in cold mountainous areas with an altitude of 600 – 1,500 m. The natural environment is perfect for tea production – there are not just high mountains or dense forests, the thick clouds also contribute to bigger air humidity and ample rain falls all year round. Furthermore, the amazing fact is that many caves are scattered around to attract thousands of bats, whose defecations are full of phosphorus that contributes to the growth of tea trees. As a result, Jinzhai is not only a place with favorable climate conditions and soft soils, the diverse terrains also enabled appropriate humidity of creeks, short sunlights, and verdant plants. Besides tea plantations, there are a variety of plants such as fruits, bamboos, flowers, and trees, so very special tea can be produced thanks to the diffused light.
 The production and collection of high-quality tea are done one or two weeks after Qingming, but there is only spring tea due to the cold and humid climate. The traditional craft of manual production is remained along with very rarely seen charcoal drying, which delivers a unique fragrance to the well preserved green tea of deep mountains.
 Nevertheless, Jinzhai had very poor transportation infrastructures in the past, and what’s pity is that the transportation still hasn’t been improved in some remote mountainous areas, hence preventing high-quality tea from been popularized. Therefore, we have contacted cross-border e-commerce professionals at home and abroad to complete the registration of place of origin for the tea garden, so as to facilitate the market positioning, evaluation, and promotion on the global stage. We look forward to working with green tea experts and enthusiasts around the world to promote the high mountain green tea of Jinzhai, because we believe such wonderful resource can make life better for human.
 The tea categories of Jinzhai include Huangya, Maofeng, Maojian, Lanhua, and Chaoqing.
The teas have been tested for 120 items of the European Pesticide Residue Detection and passed the sales standard test of the domestic market, so our products meet the quality specifications for both domestic and oversea consumption.
As of now, we support small-scale wholesale and the customization of corporate gifts. However, since the production volume of high-quality tea is limited, it is not our position to accept large orders. Please feel free to contact us if you need further information.

 First class Jinzhai Huangya: One needle or one needle & one leaf; the collection will be done during or one week after Qingming. The collection of tea leaves is often completed before Qingming in other regions, but high-quality teas only grow in relatively cold places, meaning that it is better to collect tea leaves one week after Qingming, and you will definitely enjoy a much better taste. 
Second class Jinzhai Huangya: One needle or one needle & one leaf; the collection will be done 3 – 4 days after collecting first class Jinzhai Huangya.
First class Jinzhai Maofeng: One needle & one leaf or one needle & two leaves; the collection will be done 11 – 15 days after Qingming or 4 – 5 days after collecting second class Jinzhai Huangya. High temperature will not be allowed in most cases.
Frist class Jinzhai Maojian: One needle & two leaves; the collection will be done 15 – 20 days after Qingming.
